Job description
Work with a bootstrapped, fully remote law firm and back-office platform built for venture-backed startups. You will sit in a squad alongside emerging-company and venture-capital attorneys, paralegals, and back-office teams, working directly with founders across many industries.
What you'll do
- Draft and negotiate MSAs, SaaS agreements, DPAs, BAAs, and other commercial contracts
- Support clients across multiple sectors, with a priority on healthcare work (BAAs, HIPAA, regulated buyers)
- Handle privacy terms hands-on, drafting DPAs and the privacy sections of MSAs yourself
- Work alongside engineers refining AI-enabled legal workflows
Compensation
$200,000 to $300,000 base plus meaningful equity. The firm plans to match the Cravath scale by the end of Q1.
Location
Fully remote within the U.S. No visa sponsorship.
Requirements
- 3 to 4+ years of dedicated technology transactions work (roughly 2 to 6 years total)
- BigLaw or top-firm training, or a top firm plus in-house experience
- Hands-on drafting of DPAs and MSA privacy terms
- Healthcare exposure preferred: BAAs, HIPAA, selling into hospitals and health systems
- Genuine interest in and daily use of AI tools
- U.S. work authorization (no sponsorship)
