Our story
North Side Recruiting takes its name from the part of Chicago we call home. The firm was founded on a simple observation: the best hires in this city have always happened through people who know it — the neighbor who knows a hiring manager, the former colleague who vouches for you. We set out to work that way on purpose.
We opened in 2025 with a focused goal: help Chicago-area employers connect with local, high-quality talent, and give candidates a hiring process that respects their time. We started small and intend to stay that way — partnering closely with a handful of local businesses at a time rather than chasing volume.
Today we place candidates across Chicagoland — from the Loop to Evanston — in office, technical, and skilled-trade roles, for companies that treat hiring as seriously as we do.
