Looking for a role
Does it cost anything to work with North Side Recruiting?
No — never. Job seekers are never charged a fee. Our fees are paid by the employers who hire, so working with us is completely free for candidates.
What happens after I apply?
A real recruiter reviews your application — not an algorithm. If it looks like a fit, we reach out, usually within a few business days, to learn more about what you're looking for. Either way, you hear back from a person.
Do you only work on the jobs listed on the site?
No. The open roles here are just a snapshot. We're often working newly opened or confidential searches that aren't posted publicly. Submitting your resume puts you on our radar for those too.
Is my information kept confidential?
Yes. Your resume and details are only ever seen by the North Side team, and we never send your information to an employer without your knowledge. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.

It depends on the role, but we move quickly and deliberately keep our active search list short so every role gets senior recruiter attention. We'll give you a realistic timeline when we scope the search.

We stand behind the people we place. We'll talk through how we back our work when we scope your search, so you're covered and confident.
