About the role
A fast-growing Wisconsin law firm that practices divorce and family law exclusively is hiring a partner-level attorney to lead its De Pere office and run its Northeast Wisconsin family law caseload. The firm was recently named to the Inc. 5000 list of America's fastest-growing companies and has more cases than it can handle. Intake, sales and marketing are handled centrally, so you can focus on practicing law and leading the office.
What you'll do
- Lead the De Pere office day to day and manage the firm's Northeast Wisconsin family law caseload
- Handle divorce and family law matters from start to finish
- Mentor an associate the firm plans to hire in the coming months
- Help shape how the firm uses AI and new technology in its practice
- Serve as the firm's leader on the ground in Northeast Wisconsin
Compensation & benefits
- Income (non-equity) partner position
- No book of business required
- Full-time, in office in De Pere, WI
Requirements
What you'll bring
- Partner-level experience, or a senior attorney ready to step into a leadership role
- Deep knowledge of Northeast Wisconsin courts, judges and procedures
- Family law experience preferred; general practice, criminal and litigation backgrounds are welcome, as the role is 100% family law
- Active Wisconsin bar admission in good standing
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
