About the role
A national law firm is hiring an associate for its Digital Risk Advisory & Cybersecurity team. The seat can sit in Washington, DC, Chicago, San Francisco, Seattle, Los Angeles, Denver or another of the firm's U.S. offices. The team advises clients on data privacy, security incidents and digital risk.
What you'll do
- Advise clients on data privacy and cybersecurity matters
- Support incident response and the regulatory inquiries and disputes that follow
- Draft advice, filings and client deliverables
- Work with a national team across offices
Compensation & benefits
- Base salary $245,000 to $345,000 per year, based on class year
Requirements
What you'll bring
- 3 to 6 years of privacy or cybersecurity experience, or 3+ years of commercial litigation with a demonstrated interest in cybersecurity
- Strong research, writing and analytical skills
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
- Active bar admission in good standing
