Job description
A technology company building augmented reality and spatial computing hardware for enterprise is hiring a Senior Legal Counsel, Commercial & Product. You will own commercial contracts, technology transactions, and product counseling as the business scales its commercial and product work.
This is a fully remote, in-house role based anywhere in the United States, reporting to the company's legal leadership.
What you'll do
- Own commercial contracts and technology transactions end to end
- Provide product counseling as the company develops and ships hardware and software
- Partner with commercial and product teams on strategy and risk
- Support the legal needs of a fast-moving, growing business
Compensation
- $150,000 to $185,000 base salary
- Full-time, fully remote within the United States
Requirements
- JD and active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- Strong commercial contracts and technology-transactions experience
- Product counseling experience, ideally advising on hardware or software product decisions
- Background at a technology, autonomous-vehicle, or hardware company, or as a technology-transactions associate at a major law firm
- Comfortable owning matters independently in a fast-paced in-house environment
