About the role
Our client — a leading Am Law Global 100 firm — is seeking a mid-to-senior Commercial Litigation Associate (3–7 years) to join its practice in the Denver office. You'll support all phases of complex commercial litigation and take on significant responsibility managing sophisticated disputes, alongside contributing to client development.

What you'll do
- Support all phases of commercial litigation, with a focus on complex disputes
- Take on significant responsibility managing sophisticated commercial litigation matters
- Participate in client development — pitches, presentations, and other business development activities
- Contribute to a collaborative team with sound judgment and rigorous analysis
Compensation & benefits
- Base salary $215,000–$355,000 per year for associate positions, depending on associate level and job-related factors (experience, education, skills, credentials, responsibilities, and performance)
Requirements
What you'll bring
- 3–7 years of commercial litigation experience (mid-to-senior level)
- Outstanding academic credentials and exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Strong research, writing, and analytical abilities, with sound judgment
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment and assume significant responsibility
- Prior law firm experience (preferred)
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
- Admission to, and good standing with, the Colorado Bar
- Be prepared to provide a law school transcript and a writing sample
